Clean Stay Promise

From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our focus has been on the health and safety of our staff and guests.  We continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following guidelines from the CDC and the local health departments. As of Monday, May 17th, any person over the age of 12 who is not fully vaccinated must continue to wear a face covering at all times while entering, exiting, traveling through, and spending time in indoor public areas per the latest CDC recommendations. We continue to take additional steps to ensure the safety of all our guests and employees.  We are continuing to promote distancing in our public spaces.  As part of our commitment to your safety and health, all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Every surface and touch point in the room, and its entry, are cleaned and disinfected using EPA-approved, antimicrobial products developed specifically for the use against emerging viral pathogens and novel coronavirus. Public spaces are also continuously cleaned and sanitized at a heightened frequency throughout the day.

Our Cancellation Policy

It is important to us that you are able to make informed travel decisions, and that you have peace of mind anytime you choose to visit The Oceanfront Litchfield Inn.  Therefore, we just ask that you communicate with us 14 days before your arrival should you need to cancel or make a significant change to your reservation to avoid being charged for the night.   • For most reservations, our Standard Policy requires a deposit equal to one night stay plus tax at the time of booking. Standard Policy permits cancellations without penalty 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations that occur within 14 days of the arrival date can reallocate the advance deposit funds toward future dates within one year of the original stay dates.Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any room rate differences.
  • Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and fail to notify the resort of a change to their stay dates, therefore acknowledge forfeiture of advance deposit funds.
  • Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.
  • Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-bookings.
