The earliest proof of beer brewing comes from 3500-2900 B.C. That’s the same era cities were forming, so it makes sense. Folks needed a beer after moving all their stuff in.
In Iceland, that is. The Land of Fire and Ice was Europe’s first nation to ban alcohol in 1915. And they legalized other forms of alcohol in 1922. Beer took so long because of the rift the tiny country was having with Denmark.
You might have a collection of pilsners and T-shirts from your favorite breweries. Brewers use rad logos and label with professional designs that beam with artistry.
The perception of breweries is that they’re happy spots with delicious brews and nice people. Yep, that sounds about right.
